The US prescribing information names three areas. The leaflets for each Wegovy® injection device word them differently, and some add conditions. Excerpts are not complete directions.

The Wegovy® Medication Guide says: "If you are prescribed a different WEGOVY® product at any point, make sure you receive new training for the new product and read the Instructions for Use that come with it." It also says: "Change (rotate) your injection site with each injection. Do not use the same site for each injection." Area excerpts: label section 2, single-dose pen and prefilled syringe Instructions for Use. Your leaflet decides where and how.

Wegovy® tablets are taken by mouth, so there is no injection site to rotate or record. Tinsy records tablets too, as general tablet entries in the same free diary.
Keep dates and spots together in Tinsy. Bring your history and your questions to your care team.

“Which side did I use last?”
The free body map remembers your last recorded spot and suggests the next. Your device leaflet guides site choice.
“Shots, pills and reminders”
Log shots and tablets, set reminders for your prescribed plan, and look back through your calendar and history.
“When you want more detail”
Side effects with severity, trends and a PDF report for appointments. Paid subscription.
The US prescribing information names the abdomen, thigh or upper arm. Each injection device has its own Instructions for Use, and some add conditions. Follow the leaflet for your device and ask your prescriber or pharmacist about site choice.
No. Wegovy® tablets are taken by mouth. This page and its log are only for the injection form; your prescriber or pharmacist can explain how to take your tablets.
Yes. The free PDF above has a line for your device and leaflet date, then blank rows for date, area, side, skin at the spot and notes. It is a paper record, not a schedule, and it does not tell you where to inject.
Tinsy's free body map remembers your last recorded spot and suggests the next. It cannot check whether an area suits your device or treatment; your leaflet and your care team decide.
Write down the spot, the date and what changed, and show your care team. The Medication Guide says to stop using Wegovy® and get medical help right away for signs of a serious allergic reaction, such as swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat, or problems breathing or swallowing. These are examples, not the full list.
Checked October 19, 2026: US prescribing information revised 06/2026, with the Medication Guide and the Instructions for Use for each Wegovy® injection device. Excerpts are not complete directions; match the leaflet to your device.
